Adenoid cystic ca is not usually graded. most studies will refer to the percentage solid component (expecting higher mitotic activity and more aggressive behaviour compared with more common cribriform and tubular patterns). The Ki67/MIB1 figure usually quoted in most studies is 30% above which one might expect more aggressive behavior
