Specimen:  Skin excision Macro: Disc of skin 9x8x2mm with surface slightly warty and pigmented.

CASE 1

Clinical:  Male aged 47. Lesion right cheek.
Specimen:  Excision
Macro: Skin ellipse bearing nodule 5mm diameter

CASE 2

Clinical Male aged 51. Excision of lesion from the chest wall.
Specimen: Excision
Macro: Skin ellipse bearing nodule 5mm diameter.

CASE 3

Clinical: Male aged 64 years.   8 mm warty lesion lateral aspect of right
              eyebrow of 10 years duration.
Specimen: Skin excisional biopsy right eyebrow
Macro: Elliptical piece of skin 26 x 14 x 13 with pale central papule 11mm.

CASE 4

Clinical: Lump right side of nose for at least 10 years, shave.
Specimen :Skin
Macro: Skin Shave 7x5mm

CASE 5

Clinical: Male aged 55 years. Scalp lesion for one year, catches on hair brush. Occasional bleeding. ?solid naevus.
Specimen: Skin lesion from scalp, excision
Macro: Single piece of grey tissue 7x6x3mm. Bisected

CASE 6

Clinical:  Female aged 18 years. Multiple nodules on the scalp. This was
              excised by the GP ?fibroepithelial polyp.
Specimen:  Scalp nodule
Macro: An ellipse of skin measuring 25x15mm bearing a nodule measuirng
         20x18x8mm

CASE 7

Clinical: Male age 61 Atypical pigmented cystic lesion.  Right Back.

EOS 13x15mm with an underlying cystic lesion up to 10mm in diameter. On sectioning a multilocular cyst containing brown fluid.

CASE 8

Clinical:  Female aged 56 years.  Excised sebaceous cyst, left temple.
Specimen: skin excision (cyst)
Macro: circumscribed intact cyst, yellow bisected.
